All of our cupcakes are baked and finished in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts (including hazelnut), peanuts and soya. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of these allergens. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can advise.

Gluten / Wheat
Used in all cupcake sponges.
Milk / Dairy
Used in sponges, buttercream and many fillings.
Eggs
Used in all cupcake sponges.
Nuts (Hazelnut)
Used in The Nutty One, Kinder Creation and may appear in other flavours.
Peanuts
Not used as a core ingredient, but handled in our kitchen and present in some toppings.
Soya
May be present in chocolate, biscuit and confectionery ingredients.
Telling us about your allergy
When you build a Luxe Box, you'll be asked at the Allergies step whether you have any allergy information to share. This is passed directly to our kitchen with your order. If you're not sure whether one of our flavours is suitable, please get in touch before placing the order.
Dietary requirements
We currently do not offer dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan or nut-free ranges as part of our ready-to-order Luxe Box collection. For bespoke orders with specific dietary requirements, please submit a bespoke enquiry and we'll let you know what we're able to offer.
Storage & best before
- Best enjoyed within 3 days of receiving your box.
- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid the fridge — it dries the sponge.
- If refrigerated, bring back to room temperature before serving.
