Can I choose my own flavours?
Yes. All Luxe Box orders allow you to choose from our 10 signature flavours, including filled varieties. Mix and match however you like.
How far in advance do I need to order?
For standard Luxe Boxes, 2–3 days in advance is ideal (order before 1PM for next-day). For bespoke orders, we recommend at least 14 days. For weddings and large events, 4–6 weeks is preferred.
Do you deliver outside Warrington?
We cover Warrington, Lymm, Altrincham, Hale, Knutsford and surrounding areas as standard. Get in touch with your postcode for anything further afield.
What is the minimum order for a bespoke design?
There is no strict minimum, but bespoke orders are typically most cost-effective at 12 cupcakes and above. Get in touch and we'll advise based on your specific requirements.
Do you offer gluten-free or dietary alternatives?
Contact us to discuss dietary requirements. We do our best to accommodate where possible and will always be upfront about what we can and cannot offer.
What happens if something goes wrong with my order?
We deliver every box personally. In the rare event of an issue, we will contact you directly — before the occasion, not after. Your occasion matters to us personally.
