Every HML box is hand-carried from our kitchen to your door — by the same person who baked it. No third-party couriers. No tracking links to refresh anxiously. Just a personal delivery, handled the way a luxury product deserves.

Why this matters.

We made a decision early on not to use couriers. Not because we couldn't — but because we'd seen what happens when a carefully made, beautifully packaged luxury box is treated like a parcel. Crushed ribbons. Tilted boxes. Cupcakes that arrived looking like they'd been inspected at the border. We hand-deliver because it's the only way to guarantee that what arrives at your door looks exactly like what left our kitchen.
